This site is basically used for internal purpose of the publishing house. Mainly this site automate manual process as well as convert paper work in to eFiling.

Following are Features of Inward Module:

In this module transaction for payment, subscription and new purchase will be handled.

For the insertion of any payment first of all publication is selected and on the basis of selection other items will be filled up in the page.

Group registration will be included in this module.

Entries for magazine and books also will be handled from here.

Inward user can access Dashboard functionality in which user can write status of work assigned to him by admin.

Following are Features of Courier Entry Module:

Can generate mailing address for magazine copies and export it to .doc files for printing.

Can generate receipt and mailing address for Couriers.

If there will be any complain then user can search customer and send them copies again.

User can check status of courier as well as can update it.

Following are Features of Subscription Module:

Dashboard functionality will be there in which user can write status of work assigned to him by admin. As well as this user can assign some work to other users also.

HR User has to approve or disapprove entries which are entered at the inventory module and then fill complete details of Customer.

HR users can Add/Edit/Delete Customer detail as per their rights assigned to them.

HR user can generate duplicate receipt and print it also.

User approved or disapproved entry for the other publication product.

HR users can check pending registration, registration on hold.

When receipt for the new customer will generate at that time mail and SMS will be send to customer.

User have search option like subscription id, mobile number, email id, city wise etc.

User can search old subscription and can edit information of them also.

User get list of pending complains of customer.

User can change status of complain and update it.

User can view and update Customer information.

User can check status of courier as well as can update it.

User can assign work to any user and check status of it.
